A BUDGET TO FINANCE YOUR TRAINING….
… for employees from the Clothing sector
A PTB is a personal budget of EUR 500 to finance training costs:
IVOC exclusively serves employees from the clothing and CMT (Cut, Made, Trim) industry in Belgium. These persons have an employment contract within the joint labour committee 109 or 215.
Check your wage slip to be certain that IVOC can help you!
Training should strengthen your skills in the labour market.
You can follow several training courses with your PTB.
You choose the training centre, the place, the formula (group, individual, e-learning…).

Career coaching can be useful even within the same company!
It is an assessment that will allow you to develop your potential.
Then first ask for advice via career guidance! The Flemish government is responsible for the costs. IVOC can help you apply for career cheques. You can use the career vouchers if you follow career guidance in one of the approved centres.
As an employee in the clothing and ready-to-wear garments sector you qualify for all open IVOC training courses FREE of charge.
You can only reserve a budget BEFORE or DURING your training! NO intervention for a completed training!
For training courses that last several school years, you must ask for a budget each year!
