IVOC-IREC respects and protects your privacy. This privacy statement explains how we collect and use your personal data. It informs you, among other things, about the procedure to be followed if you wish to inspect your data that we keep, and how you can ask to correct them or even remove them from our files.

IVOC-IREC registers data from companies and individuals who may use or are interested in our services. These data are usually your last name, first name, your address (or that of your company), possibly your telephone number, your e-mail address, your gender, your language and your date of birth.
The processing of personal data always takes place within the context of the IVOC-IREC services, namely the organization of training courses, the provision of training support and additional activities, such as providing information or advice. Personal data are used to quickly and efficiently provide the requested or agreed services or information. Personal data are needed to correctly interpret the question, to know the status of the user, to communicate with the users, to be able to offer the right services, to be able to measure the satisfaction of the users and – via statistics – be able to report on our services to the various stakeholders, in particular to the social partners who manage IVOC-IREC, and regional, federal and European authorities.
Your personal data are therefore used for communication purposes and the production of statistics requested by the government.
